The game itself is sold and licensed through Steam under Valve’s Steam Subscriber Agreement and any end-user licence shown on the store page.
1. Purpose of the Website
The Website presents the video game Coin Flip Hero. It is free to use, requires no account and does not sell anything.
2. Intellectual property
All texts, images, videos, logos, characters and other game materials on the Website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Journalists, content creators and streamers may use the materials in thepress kit for coverage of the game.
3. Content provided “as is”
Information about the game (features, characters, release date, platforms, price) describes a game in development and may change at any time. We provide the Website without warranties of any kind and do not guarantee that it is always available or error-free.
4. Leaderboards
Leaderboard data is retrieved periodically from Steam and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. We may remove entries, for example obvious cheating, offensive player names or upon request.

The Website links to third-party services such as Steam, Discord, X and YouTube. We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain unaffected.
